All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of Zip Marketing Solution or its licensors.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.

Our customized products are designed to meet your marketing needs and specifications.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for customization, including logos, artwork, and text.

By placing an order with us, you agree to pay the specified price for the products and services requested.

Payment must be made in full before production or customization begins.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Customized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your customized product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence or the return of the defective product for inspection.

Non-customized products may be eligible for return and refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in unused and resalable condition. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds for non-customized products will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

In cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed for a customized product, we will exchange the defective product for a new one of the same design and specifications.

Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

For non-customized products, cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.

All prices quoted for apparel and promotional items are estimates only and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing may fluctuate based on factors including, but not limited to, manufacturer availability, supplier inventory levels, import tariffs, and manufacturer-imposed cost increases. Product availability and limited supply may affect the final pricing and quantities deliverable.

Quoted pricing does not include additional charges such as setup fees, logo digitization or embroidery fees, artwork preparation, or other customization-related costs unless explicitly stated. These charges will be itemized separately when applicable.

Due to variations inherent in manufacturing processes, exact colors, materials, sizing, and overall product quality may differ from digital proofs, mock-ups, or pre-production samples. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as a good faith approximation and may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to delays in material procurement, production backlogs, or disruptions in logistics. The company shall not be held liable for any delays arising from such factors.

Zip Marketing Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content on our website.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time without prior notice for any violation of these terms and conditions.
